Hi, my name is Sabrina Brant and I have been shooting pictures all around the world for over a decade. I first got interested in photography while globe trotting with my now hubby, Keith. I just thought I have got to have some way of recording the amazing things we are seeing and experiencing. And, so enter Photography courses I and II at Delgado Community College in New Orleans. Oh, did I mention I am a New Orleans native. OK that said, fast forward through travels in over 40 countries in 6 continents, residence in 5 different states, a Mastering Digital Photography course at New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts, marriage and 2 kiddos, residence in Venezuela and Scotland. And, finally I trade in my gypsy sandals for a pair of hiking boots and our little family relocates to lovely Durango, which we absolutely LOVE and where we plan on raising our girls, Raimee and Aniya. We love the Lord, our maker, and thank Him for His grace each day.

My style is modern, fun, and fresh. I love a little drama in my images coupled with lots of background blur and subject pop. I use mostly natural light and enjoy the challenge and possibility of outdoor location shoots. I am well versed in Photoshop and love doing post image creative processing. I recently finished a workshop with NicoleV, a renowed and award winning portraitist. I am excited to offer a new lifestyle shoot called "storytelling" where I come to your home and capture a "moment in time" of your family's life. I attended the world renowned 2013 WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photography Association) meeting. And, I am thrilled about my unique and growing Portrait Photojournalism Wedding photography. I am honored to be recommended by several top local wedding vendors. I absolutely Love the fact that SABphotography is eco-friendly. All of my marketing and packaging products are recycled, sustainable, and streamlined! And thanks for talking about me, it's the greatest compliment.

My work can be seen in the Walt Disney feature film "Secretariat," published in "Sierra Club Magazine," featured in "Colorado Weddings Magazine" and "Durango Weddings Magazine," Editor's Pick "Minted" cards and invitations, "A Colorado Courtship" wedding blog.
